How can I survive in the bear market

I don’t think the bear market is over

So I bought VIX(UVIX, UVXY) and short-ETF Yesterday and Today.

But I am also investing companies stocks. I am interested in the water and food stocks.

I recommend Aquabounty(AQB) and global water resources(GWGR). I will tell you why I recommend these stocks.

I bought AQB stocks on March and GWGR stocks on March and May.
